Is Angler Inventory really free?
Yes. The fishery, tackle shop and club finders, weather, tides, Solunar times, species search, the beginner guide and favourites are all free, for good. There are no ads and no in-app purchases. Angler Inventory+ is optional if you want more.
So what's the catch?
There isn't one. We have no outside investors and we never sell your data. We pay our way through anglers who choose Angler Inventory+, and that's it. We'll only mention it now and again.
Do I need the App Store or Google Play?
No. Angler Inventory is a Progressive Web App, so you install it straight from your browser on iPhone, Android, tablet or laptop. It's always up to date, with no manual updates.
What are Solunar times?
Solunar theory says fish feed most actively during certain windows each day, driven by the sun and moon. Angler Inventory works out the major and minor Solunar periods for your location, so you can plan your sessions around the best feeding times.
Does it show tide times for sea fishing?
Yes. Check the tide times for your mark before you set off, so you're at the water when the tide turns. Weather is included too, for where you are or your favourite spot.
Can I find fisheries, tackle shops and clubs near me?
Yes. Search nearby or use the filters. Fisheries and tackle shops keep their own details up to date, including prices, rules, opening hours, news and offers.
What do I get with Angler Inventory+?

Does it work with no signal?
Catches you record with no signal are saved on your phone and sent automatically once you're back online. Plenty of good swims have no signal.
